How do I know my order has been placed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation number displayed on your screen. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to you with all the details of your order. If there are any issues processing your order, you will be notified via email.
How do I track my order?
After your order is placed, we will send you a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to check the status of your order, from processing to shipment, and eventually, delivery.
When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on the product page. Please refer to these timelines before completing your purchase:

Garments: Shipped within 10 days of receiving the order.

Accessories: Typically shipped within 1 week, depending on the designer and product style.

India Deliveries: Most orders will be delivered within 15 days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are subject to product availability.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you notice an error in the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@faballey.shop or call our customer service team. Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or redirect the package.
Are my items insured?
Yes, all products are insured from the moment they leave Faballey until they reach your delivery address. Once the package is signed for at the delivery address, the insurance coverage ends. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please either refuse to accept the package or contact us within 24 hours of receipt via email or phone.
